How long does delivery take to USA?
Please allow 12-25 Business Days (average) for the items to arrive.

Do you deliver products internationally?
Click N' Shopp ships products worldwide every day. Shipping is available for most countries around the world.

How long does delivery take internationally?
For International countries please allow 14-45 Business Days (average) for the items to arrive.

When my order will be shipped once I made it?
After an order has been placed, it is promptly sent to our fulfillment center where we will ship your item(s) within 3-5 business days. Below are expected delivery times based on your location.

How do I check the status of my order?
You can track your order status in real time by entering your order information on the Track Order page only if the item is provided with a tracking number. Unfortunately, not all of our suppliers from global warehouses are able to provide with a tracking number for your item(s). If your order does not arrive within the time frame given (see 'Shipping Times'), contact us and we will look into your order immediately. 

I've placed an orders with multiple items recently, can I combine them into one package?
Since we have several different warehouses worldwide, not all items are stored in one place. When you order multiple items at a time, each item will be shipped out separately. So you will probably receive one item before the next. Don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you! :-)

I've put a wrong shipping address and/or picket a wrong size/variant! Can I change it?
If this happens to you, email us at staff@dimestores.com as soon as possible, and we might be able to take care of it. However, we can't guarantee anything in this case, as all of our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or the day after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it. Please contact us anyway, as we still care and we'll try to help in any case. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can't use.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order if it hasn't been dispatched from the warehouse. Once an order has left the warehouse, has been shipped and it's on your way, we can't cancel it. Please, in that case, check the Return/Refund Policy.

Who pays for shipping on items for return?
We email return labels with no cost to our customers if the issue is a result of a packaging error. In special circumstances, we will pay for return shipping that are for exchanges. All other issues need to be addressed with our customer service to determine returns. Please email our customer service (staff@dimestores.com) if you have any questions regarding this manner and they will assist you in whatever way possible!

How secure is my personal information?

Can I have a tracking number?
Unfortunately our global suppliers from our global warehouses do not provide tracking numbers but we do offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee if you are having a problem with your order.

It's been over 6+ weeks and I have not received my order yet. What should I do now?
If you have not received your order within the time frame given for your order (see 'How long does it take for an order to arrive' above for more information), please contact us and we will look further into your order immediately.
A few examples for why orders may take longer to arrive to your shipping address:
incorrect shipping address was entered when the order was originally placed
there was an issue with customs which causes a slight delay
Please contact us if you haven't received your order within the timeframe given. We'll take care of you so rest assured! :)

Can my order be shipped faster?
At this time, we only have standard shipping and the shipping times will vary depending on what products you ordered. For more information on the shipping times, please refer to "How long does it take for an order to arrive" above.
Please note: we have received plenty of requests from our happy customers that want faster shipping options and it's currently in the works! Once it's effective in the store we'll let you know - we'll keep you posted!
